Shipping

Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days, although delivery times may vary. Customers in Port Said may receive their orders within 1 business day.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the item is unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. Return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
